Tyler Eister is a cybersecurity and risk management leader dedicated to building strong security cultures. As Manager of Cybersecurity and Risk Management at Rich Products Corporation, he leads the Security Operations team, bridging the gap between technical security, threat intelligence, and human risk.

With an MBA from Utica College, Tyler combines business acumen with security expertise to drive awareness and engagement for over 6,500 associates. He leads phishing exercises, security training, and the Digital Risk Champions program, fostering a proactive security mindset across the organization.

Tyler thrives on building relationships across teams to strengthen security culture. His experience spans vendor risk management, application security, budget oversight, and performance metrics. He is passionate about collaboration and tackling complex security challenges with a people-first approach.
