I am a passionate Security Culture and Awareness Manager who believes security works best when people feel informed, engaged, and empowered. With a long background working across many departments within Cambridge, I settled in a security GRC role 5 years ago before being promoted last year into my current role which focuses solely on security culture and awareness globally. I focus on making security relatable and practical for everyone across the organisation. I am dedicated to building a strong security culture where security awareness becomes part of everyday decision-making, helping teams feel confident in playing their part in keeping the organisation secure.

Holly-Jane Grayling is the Security Culture and Awareness Lead at Tunstall Healthcare, focused on reducing human cyber risk across global operations. With a background in behaviour change, cyber security and cyberpsychology, she looks at how real world behaviour and the systems that shape it drive operational risk. She is known for pairing creative problem solving with clear, data driven insight to strengthen operational resilience and incident response. Her work draws on experience across healthcare, financial services and marketing and communications technology environments. Holly-Jane is passionate about building environments where people can become an organisation's strongest defence.

Oz Alashe MBE is CEO and Founder at CybSafe, a behavioural science and data analytics company that builds software to better manage human risk. A former UK Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel, Oz is focused on making society more secure by helping organisations address the human aspect of cyber security. He has extensive experience and understanding in the areas of intelligence insight, complex human networks, and human cyber risk & resilience.

He's also passionate about reducing societal threats to stability and security by making the most of opportunities presented through advancements in technology. Oz was made an MBE in 2010 for his personal leadership in the most complex of conflict environments.

Oz chairs the UK Government's (DCMS) Cyber Resilience Expert Advisory Group. He also sits on the Advisory Board for the Research Institute in Sociotechnical Cyber Security (RISCS). He's an Expert Fellow at The Security, Privacy, Identity and Trust Engagement NetworkPlus (SPRITE+), as well as the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI).
