It is the vision of IMPACT to empower and equip this generation through radical passionate worship, anointed relevant messages and powerful prophetic ministry that challenges young people to wholeheartedly pursue God as a way of life. Our heart is to raise up devoted and fearless disciples who live to honor Jesus and demonstrate His supernatural love to the world around them.
History:
IMPACT was formerly known as Elim Youth Conference and was conceived in the hearts of several Elim-affiliated pastors during the late 1990's. The desire of these "fathers of the faith" was to pass on the prophetic mantle from the previous generation to the coming generation and to equip young people to carry out the call of God on their lives and share what they have been given with the hurting world around them. These founding fathers continue to serve on the pastoral board of the IMPACT conference, carrying on the vision birthed in them over ten years ago.
